Youth Ultimate Frisbee League at the YMCA gives children the opportunity to try something new in a friendly environment. This unique sport is a great way to keep kids healthy, moving and smiling. Come and learn fundamentals of the sport, play against peers, and hopefully develop an unexpected passion!

Why Ultimate Frisbee? You can play this sport anywhere – all you need is a disc. At the Y, we love to get your children involved in sports the whole family can enjoy. Learning to throw a disc can create endless fun & active days at the beach, park, or backyard. Ultimate Frisbee also teaches another level of sportsmanship – there is typically no referee in the sport. Calling violations themselves allows kids to learn caring, honesty, respect, and responsibility with the help of YMCA Volunteers.
