San Luis Obispo Day Camps
Welcome to the San Luis Obispo YMCA Camp. As you read this, our camp team is excited to be planning fun, enriching, and safe adventures for children to discover who they are and what they can achieve!
At Y Camp, the possibilities are endless! Y Summer Day Camps provide children and teens with supervised activities that cultivate values, develop skills, nurture relationships and actively explore children’s imagination.
At camp you are able to create YOUR ideal summer experience. Our wide variety of programs provides something for everyone! Give your kids the chance to have fun, improve their health, learn new things and reach their potential.
A $25 weekly deposit is required at time of registration.
Program/Activity Cancellation Policy:
Program deposits are non-refundable and are not transferable. Certain programs have a clearly stated no-refund policy at time of enrollment. Programs canceled two weeks in advance of the program start date will receive a full refund, minus any required deposit or uniform charge. There are no refunds after this point unless the fee was charged in error or there is a documented medical reason. Program cancelations must be received in writing.

Camp on the Go (Ages 7-12)
Adventure is calling! Each week, campers will set out on exciting field trips 3–4 days a week, discovering new places and experiences that make summer unforgettable. CIT Program (Ages 13-17)
The Counselor in Training (C.I.T) Program is designed to give youth a meaningful opportunity to step into leadership and support YMCA Camp programs. Participants will go through an interview and selection process to ensure they are ready for this exciting learning experience.
Throughout the program, C.I.T’s will assist counselors with daily responsibilities, take part in service-learning projects, and help plan and run camp events—building valuable leadership, teamwork, and communication skills along the way. Participants will also earn volunteer hours for the time they contribute.
