The Lompoc Teen Activity Program is excited to offer local teens an opportunity to stay active, build confidence, and connect with others in the community through Flag Football this summer. This program is designed to create a fun, supportive environment where participants can develop teamwork, sportsmanship, and leadership skills while building lasting friendships.

In partnership with Lompoc Unified School District (LUSD) and Lompoc Valley Community Healthcare Organization (LVCHO), the program welcomes all teens regardless of skill level or previous experience. Whether participants are trying football for the first time or already enjoy the sport, the focus is on having fun, staying active, and creating positive community connections.

All activities will take place at the Lompoc Community Track & Field, providing a safe and accessible space for teens to learn, play, and grow together this summer. Join us for an exciting season of teamwork, learning, and fun on the field!

The Y After Hours is designed for students of a middle-school age to enjoy good fun with their peers in the YMCA facility. Each night consists of a raffle drawing, as well as games and activities organized by YMCA staff and volunteers to make a fun night for all. Kids will also have free time to choose from activities such as: basketball, volleyball, ping pong, cornhole, team video games, crafts, chatting with friends and more. A light dinner will be provided each event.

Summer Celebration: This special event is for middle-schoolers to have an opportunity to celebrate the end of school at the YMCA facility! This event will consist of an optional pool party, so plan accordingly!
