Teen Programs
The YMCA offers fun, engaging, character-focused programs developed specifically for teens and tweens. Our dedicated staff listens to participants and helps them navigate the stresses, changes, and choices that come with adolescence. Building relationships with these responsible adults and other young people from different backgrounds gives young adults the inner strength to navigate the path to adulthood successfully.
Lompoc Teen Run Club
An opportunity to get active and engage in the community while also building relationships.
The Lompoc Teen Activity Program offers the Teen Run Club as an opportunity to stay active while also having fun.
Participating in different runs both in Lompoc and other neighboring towns.

The Y After Hours - Summer Celebration
The Y After Hours is designed for students of a middle-school age to enjoy good fun with their peers in the YMCA facility. Each night consists of a raffle drawing, as well as games and activities organized by YMCA staff and volunteers to make a fun night for all. Kids will also have free time to choose from activities such as: basketball, volleyball, ping pong, cornhole, team video games, crafts, chatting with friends and more. A light dinner will be provided each event.
Summer Celebration: This special event is for middle-schoolers to have an opportunity to celebrate the end of school at the YMCA facility! This event will consist of an optional pool party, so plan accordingly!

UCSB College Tour
Join the Teen Activity Program as we tour the University of California Santa Barbara! This is a great opportunity to learn about the different programs and departments that UCSB has to offer while also experiencing what it feels like to be on a college campus. Teens will be able to also gain further perspective and insight into what their future will be as a college student!
