Adult Sports
YMCA sports is the perfect opportunity for adults to be active and social in a fun, supportive environment. It’s a great way to reconnect with your favorite sport, to improve your skills, and to challenge and test your limits whether on the court or playing field. For many participants, these activities provide the foundation for an active lifestyle and rewarding relationships, while serving to energize and restore our sense of well-being.
Adult Group Pickleball Lessons (Beginner) - Fall
Improve your game with Pickleball Lessons!
You will be working with a Pickleball Coach in a small group of players within a similar skill range. Be prepared to work on specific skills through drilling and feedback, but rest assured there will be plenty of gameplay!
Beginner lessons are intended for students who are still very new to Pickleball. However, it is highly recommended that players participate in our Intro to Pickleball Clinic or have some other exposure to the sport prior to taking Group Lessons. If each player already has a basic understanding of scoring/rules, it will allow us to make the most of everyone’s time!
New to pickleball, but coming from a background in other sports? A good way to gauge your level is to take our Intro to Pickleball clinic to learn what’s different about Pickleball. You may be ready to jump right into intermediate lessons depending on how you do in the Intro clinic.
