Adult Sports
YMCA sports is the perfect opportunity for adults to be active and social in a fun, supportive environment. It’s a great way to reconnect with your favorite sport, to improve your skills, and to challenge and test your limits whether on the court or playing field. For many participants, these activities provide the foundation for an active lifestyle and rewarding relationships, while serving to energize and restore our sense of well-being.
4v4 Basketball League (Ages 18+) - Winter
Come take part in our 4v4 Adult Basketball League! This 8-week coed league includes one game per week and one week of division playoffs. Teams will be registered by their captains. Teams can have a max of 10 players. Games will be held on Tuesdays.
All ability levels are welcome and encouraged to participate!
Adult 3v3 Basketball League (Co-Ed) - Winter
This 6-week Adult 3v3 Basketball league will feature two weekly 30-minute half-court games and one week of playoffs (held on Saturday, February 22). All games will be held on Saturday mornings at the Ventura YMCA Outdoor Sportscourt.
Participants can register either as a free agent or as a team (each team member must register independently). Teams must have at least 3 players, but no more than 6 players.
Please note: This league is intended to uphold positive competition, where all participants are able to enjoy the sport in a friendly environment. Sportsmanship is highly valued at the YMCA, and all players are required to sign a Code of Conduct prior to play.
*There is no gender ratio requirement per team.
*Participants must be 16 years or older to register.
