Camarillo Day Camps
Welcome to the Camarillo Family YMCA Camp. As you read this, our camp team is excited to be planning fun, enriching, and safe adventures for children to discover who they are and what they can achieve!
At Y Camp, the possibilities are endless! Y Summer Day Camps provide children and teens with supervised activities that cultivate values, develop skills, nurture relationships and actively explore children’s imagination.
At camp you are able to create YOUR ideal summer experience. Our wide variety of programs provides something for everyone! Give your kids the chance to have fun, improve their health, learn new things and reach their potential.
All camps are located at: 3111 Village at the Park Drive, Camarillo, CA 93012
Day Camp begins at 9:00am and ends at 4:00pm.
Should you need care before 9 or after 4 extended care is available 7:00a-6:00p
A $25 weekly deposit is required at time of registration.
Program/Activity Cancellation Policy:
Program deposits are non-refundable and are not transferable. Certain programs have a clearly stated no-refund policy at time of enrollment. Programs canceled two weeks in advance of the program start date will receive a full refund, minus any required deposit or uniform charge. There are no refunds after this point unless the fee was charged in error or there is a documented medical reason. Program cancelations must be received in writing.
Counselor in Training (Ages 13-17)
The Counselor in Training (C.I.T) Program is designed to give youth a meaningful opportunity to step into leadership and support YMCA Camp programs. Participants will go through an interview and selection process to ensure they are ready for this exciting learning experience.
Throughout the program, C.I.T’s will assist counselors with daily responsibilities, take part in service-learning projects, and help plan and run camp events—building valuable leadership, teamwork, and communication skills along the way. Participants will also earn volunteer hours for the time they contribute.
All participants must attend mandatory C.I.T training the week of June 22–26 in order to participate in the summer program.

Just Teen (Ages 11-14)
Teens are encouraged to grow, explore, and gain independence as they enjoy traditional camp fun. From swimming and team activities to games that spark creativity and connection, campers will make new friends and build confidence along the way.
Teens will also expand their horizons through interactive offsite field trips five days a week and even take charge by planning camp-wide themed activities and special events. Our goal is to help teens strengthen communication, leadership, decision-making, and conflict resolution skills—while discovering new interests and uncovering more about who they are.

Legends (Ages 9-11)
Give your camper the chance to build important skills and values in a supportive and exciting environment! Through a variety of activities designed to strengthen peer relationships, campers will grow in confidence, communication, and teamwork. Each week features water days, team-building challenges, sports, and even bike riding adventures. Giving campers plenty of opportunities to try new things, stay active, and have fun outdoors. With every activity, they’ll create memories, develop lifelong friendships, and discover just how much they can achieve together!
