Stuart C. Gildred Sports Camps

As you read this, our camp team is excited to be planning fun, enriching, and safe
adventures for children to discover who they are and what they can achieve!

At Y Camp, the possibilities are endless! Y Summer Day Camps provide children
and teens with supervised activities that cultivate values, develop skills, nurture
relationships and actively explore children’s imagination.

At camp, you are able to create YOUR ideal summer experience. Our wide variety of
programs provides something for everyone! Give your kids the chance to have fun,
improve their health, learn new things and reach their potential.

Day Camps will all be held at the Stuart C. Gildred YMCA

Sports Camps run from 9am-3pm, Monday – Friday

A $25 weekly deposit is required at time of registration.

Program/Activity Cancellation Policy:
Program deposits are non-refundable and are not transferable. Certain programs have a clearly stated no-refund policy at time of enrollment. Programs canceled two weeks in advance of the program start date will receive a full refund, minus any required deposit or uniform charge. There are no refunds after this point unless the fee was charged in error or there is a documented medical reason. Program cancelations must be received in writing.

Basketball & Tennis (Ages 8-12)

YMCA Cheer and Dance Camp (to include tumbling, dance, cheer, and Ninjanastics) is designed to assist campers with the advancement of their skills. Camp structure is designed to nurture skill development, teamwork and sportsmanship.

Elevate your game at Football Camp! Come run routes, learn the fundamentals on both sides of the ball and get fit doing it. Campers will get conditioning, scrimmages and skill development for all positions. Campers will practice and play ONLY non-contact football.

Splash (Ages 6-12)

Splish, splash, we’re having a blast! Splash camp is designed to teach swimmers basic water safety and swimming skills by participating in daily swim lessons and organized water and pool games. Campers will also have a day at the beach where water time is monitored by Certified Lifeguards and Swim Instructors who will facilitate onsite entertainment and water activities.
