Stuart C. Gildred Day Camps
As you read this, our camp team is excited to be planning fun, enriching, and safe
adventures for children to discover who they are and what they can achieve!
At Y Camp, the possibilities are endless! Y Summer Day Camps provide children
and teens with supervised activities that cultivate values, develop skills, nurture
relationships and actively explore children’s imagination.
At camp, you are able to create YOUR ideal summer experience. Our wide variety of
programs provides something for everyone! Give your kids the chance to have fun,
improve their health, learn new things and reach their potential.
A $25 weekly deposit is required at time of registration.
Program/Activity Cancellation Policy:
Program deposits are non-refundable and are not transferable. Certain programs have a clearly stated no-refund policy at time of enrollment. Programs canceled two weeks in advance of the program start date will receive a full refund, minus any required deposit or uniform charge. There are no refunds after this point unless the fee was charged in error or there is a documented medical reason. Program cancelations must be received in writing.
Explorers (Ages 9-12)
Give your campers an opportunity to build skills and values through activities that build peer relationships. Campers will participate in water days, team building activities and weekly fieldtrip.
Camp hours: 9:00-4:00pm
Campers will have the option to attend extended care in the morning and afternoon from 4:00-5:45pm for an additional fee.
No camp on June 19th or July 4th

Lil Troopers (Ages 4-5)
Get your little ones ready for their first day of school by enrolling them in our kinder ready program. The YMCA uses ELM curriculum as a guiding light for education and social emotional learning techniques. While your little one is at camp, have peace of mind knowing that they are having fun and are supervised by our trained staff. Pool time is scheduled each week which will include swim lessons for your little one. This camp will also partake in fun themes such as Superheroes, Carnival, Lost in Space and themed fieldtrips.
Camp hours: 9:00am-4:00pm
Campers will have the option to attend extended care in the morning and afternoon from 7:30am-5:45pm for an additional fee.
No camp on June 19th or July 4th

Live Y'ers (Ages 6-8)
Live Y’ers is all about burning off that physical energy while utilizing creative energy to make art, build projects, and solve riddles. Help them make a friend or two this summer while making memories that will last a lifetime! This camp will partake in fun weekly themes such as Superheroes, Carnival, Lost in Space along with a designated pool day and field trips.
