Small Group Training is a great way to energize your workout routine, no matter your fitness level. You’ll be led by a certified trainer that will challenge you as you workout alongside a small supportive group of members to stay motivated.
Boot Camp Gold - Spring
Build endurance, strength, flexibility and balance in a small group setting. Class includes bodyweight exercises and utilizes dumbbells, barbells, bands and medicine balls in a circuit/station setting. All levels welcome. Mat work included.

Women's Weightlifting Club (Ages 18+) - Spring
This small group program is designed to ensure that women learn proper technique that has an emphasis on the lifitng basics. With this foundation, you will be able to measure success from beginning to end of this 8 week program. Class meets twice a week on Tuesday and Thursday from 5-6pm in the outdoor small group training area.
