Small Group Training is a great way to energize your workout routine, no matter your fitness level. You’ll be led by a certified trainer that will challenge you as you workout alongside a small supportive group of members to stay motivated.

Yeehaw! Kick off the dust, grab your hat, and slip on those boots — it’s time for a rip‑roarin’ good time! Join our very own Line Dance Instructor Logan for lively lessons and toe‑tappin’ country line dancing.
Monthly Schedule (Studio 1):
- Second Tuesday • 7:30–8:30pm — Beginner to Intermediate Lessons
- Fourth Tuesday • 7:30–8:30pm — Come dance to the songs you’ve already learned
- Third Sunday • 5:00–6:00pm — All‑levels line dancing

This level 2 Tai Chi provides small group instruction for students wanting more individualized guidance on the 2nd and 3rd sections of the slow set.
