Small Group Training is a great way to energize your workout routine, no matter your fitness level. You’ll be led by a certified trainer that will challenge you as you workout alongside a small supportive group of members to stay motivated.
Boot Camp Gold -Winter
Build endurance, strength, flexibility and balance in a small group setting. Class includes bodyweight exercises and utilizes dumbbells, barbells, bands and medicine balls in a circuit/station setting. All levels welcome. Mat work included.

Country Line Dancing
Yeehaw! Kick off the dust, grab your hat, and boots—it’s time for a rip-roarin’ good time! Join our very own Logan for lively lessons and toe-tappin’ country line dancing.
Our Line Dance Instructor Logan will lead you through a series of beginner to intermediate country line dancing and instructions every Tuesday 7:30 -8:30pm in Studio 1.
No matter your skill level—whether you’re just starting out or a seasoned dancer—you’re guaranteed a boot‑stompin’ good time!

Adaptive Small Group Training Combination Program for Adults with Special Needs.
Spin-Strength-Ability: Get ready to roll! Spin-Strength-Ability is a welcoming indoor cycling class designed for riders of all abilities. Whether you’re new to spin or adapting for mobility, the class offers a supportive environment where everyone can move at their own pace. This class will be coupled with strength moves off the bike with light weights. With energizing music, adjustable bikes, light weights and strength exercises. You’ll build cardiovascular strength, boost confidence, and have fun-no matter your starting point with encouraging instruction from Debbie. This is a 6-Week Session, Tuesdays 4-5pm 2/23/2026-3/31/2026 Studio 1
Tai Chi For All: Adaptive Movement and Mindfulness with Maria. Discover the calming power of tai chi in a class designed for everybody. This adaptive session blends gentle movement, breathwork, and mindfulness to support balance, flexibility, and inner peace. Whether a seated or standing, participants move at their own pace in a welcoming environment that honors individual needs and promotes well-being. This is an 8-week session Thursdays 4-5pm 4/9/2026-5/27/2026 4-5pm in Studio 2.

Yoga and Sound Bath
