Teen Fitness

Through Teen Fitness, participants develop healthy living practices to improve their wellness, gain strength, endurance, and confidence. Teens aim to learn and understand the components of physical fitness, while a Y fitness staff member leads a cardiovascular workout, endurance and strength training, and flexibility exercises.

Teen Fitness and Strength (Ages 12-18)

Participants will learn and understand the components of physical fitness. A certified personal trainer will lead the group program that includes cardiovascular workouts, endurance training, muscular strength, flexibility and interval training.

Teens of all fitness levels are encouraged to join, whether you are new to the gym or already have a routine but want to workout in a group setting.
