Adult Swim
Swim lessons at the Y will help you feel confident and comfortable around the water, as well as enjoy a great mode of exercise. Adult lessons follow the same swim lesson structure as with our younger students with a clear progression track based upon age and ability. No matter the age, we have swim lessons that will work for you.

Masters Swim Workshops
The Masters Swim Workshops are designed to be drop-in sessions for adult swimmers to get coaching on a stroke, turn, start, or finish.
It is recommended that participants have the ability to swim 50-100 yards comfortably. While the workouts can be tailored to ability level, this is not a learn-to-swim program.

Senior Aquatic Therapy & Lap Swim Access (Ages 60+)
At the Y, healthy living is at the core of our mission. Our senior swim program strives to provide complimentary access to our lap pool and warm-water therapy pool for our senior community. Seniors who reside in the City of Ventura are welcome to register for this program. Proof of Ventura residency is required upon registration.
The YMCA may, at its discretion, implement a reservation policy for this open swim program.
