Basketball
Kids practice core basketball skills such as ball handling, defense, offense, rebounding and shooting. As they develop their athletic talents, children also build character, values and confidence through teamwork and discipline
Fundamentals (Ages 3-4) - Fall
Have your child work with experienced coaches to develop their basketball skills in an environment that encourages praise and positive reinforcement. The fundamentals of basketball like dribbling, shooting and defense are the main focuses in this program.
Parent participation may be required at the coach’s discretion.
This program is a fundamentals class that will have one weekly class meeting lead by a YMCA staff member.

Fundamentals (Ages 6-8 Coed) - Fall
This division is for 1st and 2nd Graders.
Each week kids will learn the fundamentals of basketball reviewing dribbling, shooting, passing and defense. You will practice and scrimmage with the kids in your class.
Scrimmages will be on the same day as your practice day. Practice and Scrimmage will be on Wednesdays 3:30pm-4:30pm.
