Flag Football
In Flag Football classes, boys and girls have the opportunity to experience the game in a non-contact environment, where they pull flags from an opponent’s belt instead of tackling.
The Y teaches rules, tactics, and skills to help players develop and improve their game.
Fundamentals (Ages 4-7) - Fall
Our flag football program gives kids a chance to learn and enhance their skills, while playing their favorite positions in a contact free setting. Players will be introduced to offensive and defensive techniques and positions. Each kid will learn how to throw, catch, run with the ball, and how to take away an opponent’s flags.
