Gymnastics & Tumbling
Every class emphasizes balance, strength, coordination along with positive encouragement from our Y teaching staff. Not only do we teach your child the fundamentals, we also focus on the YMCA’s character development traits of Caring, Honesty, Respect and Responsibility.
Fundamentals (Ages 3-4) - Winter
This program introduces your child to the skills of tumbling and basic level gymnastics.
Parent participation may be required at the discretion of the instructor.

Fundamentals (Ages 5-7) - Winter
Start them off with the basics! Participants learn forward and backward rolls, assisted headstands, and take part in apparatus activities using the single bar.

Parent/Child Tumbling (Ages 2-3) - Winter
