A playful and interactive class designed to help toddlers develop basic motor skills, coordination, and body awareness through introductory tumbling activities on the mat and beam.

Note: Active parent participation is required—come ready to move and bond with your little one!

This class introduces young children to the world of gymnastics in a fun and nurturing environment. Students will explore basic tumbling, balance, and coordination skills using mats, beams, and other age-appropriate equipment.

This class offers a fun and supportive introduction to the fundamentals of gymnastics. Young athletes will begin exploring basic skills while being gradually introduced to a variety of apparatuses.

Skill Readiness Guidelines:
This class is designed for children who are still developing foundational movements. At this stage, students typically:
• Have not yet mastered a forward roll or backward roll
• Are new to beginner handstands and cartwheels

Building on the basics introduced in Pre-Gym, this class helps students develop greater confidence and control in foundational gymnastics skills.

Skill Readiness Guidelines:
Students in this stage typically:
• Can perform forward and backward rolls on a wedge mat
• Are able to do beginner cartwheels and handstands

Stage 2 (Ages 6–11)

This level focuses on refining core skills and introducing more advanced movements and apparatus techniques.

Skill Readiness Guidelines:
Students in this stage typically:
• Can perform cartwheels, handstands, forward rolls, and backward rolls
• Can roll over the bar, perform “peel the orange,” and hold a strong front support

Teen Gym (Ages 11–14)

This class welcomes all skill levels and creates a supportive environment where teens can learn at their own pace. Instruction begins with the basics and progresses based on each student’s individual goals and abilities.
